2. Pack your items carefully and send them through your local post office to make sure they arrive safely.

3. We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package.

4. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Findalls cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order.

If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.

Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when Findalls is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.


    2.Customer's responsibility

Incorrect order(size of item)

If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.

Unwanted item

If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 14 days of receiving the product for a partial refund of the product cost.

We have warehouses in different countries around the world! If you want to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact us and our customer service representatives will get back to you within 24 hours.

Once you have done the return please inform us about your return tracking number and tracking link (or receipt picture) so we can trace the return status for you.

Normally, our customers will return items by local postal office.

  1. Can I exchange the item I received for a bigger/smaller size product?

If you have received a wrong or defective item, please send your request to us and we will get back to you within 24 working hours.

If not responsibility of us sent wrong size, customer receive the not fit size, and want to return the wrong package , the back original package freight and the new one send freight the customer will undertake the fees. After we received the return item, we will again send the new product as soon as possible.

  1. Can I get a full refund for the return?

We will offer a full refund only for your returned items but not for the unreturnable items and shipping fee. Please note the cash coupon or Findalls points applied to the order is nonrefundable. We are not acceptable full refund, the high refund the half money. Usually we reward the exist cash coupon to customer.

In general, we will try to be as flexible as possible on your returns. However, please note that customers are responsible for return postage.

You may send a few photos of the label on the wrong package you received and pictures of the defection as reference. The SKU of the item is also needed. Our customer service team will try best to solve your problem.

 If you return the items without confirming with our customer service first, our staff may not be able to accept the items you returned and the refund request will also not be processed.
