You will be informed if an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment. Therefore, the order may be separated into different shipments (for no extra charge), and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.

If after 60 days, you have not yet received your order, we will send the matter to our level 2 support team and we will refund your money, without questions.

METHODS OF DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIME

We calculate for the delivery of your order a maximum term of 2-4 weeks approximately.
Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days skillful after the order and will be sent the next day to the day of processing.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order can be delivered to you by the local post office or by a local courier service. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not at home when the delivery is made, the postal service can leave a notice card to advise you on how and where you can pick up your delivery.

No remapping arrangements will be made in case packages are returned for incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.
